The Maryvale Institute is a college of further and higher education, in Birmingham, UK. It specialises in the provision of part-time and distance learning courses to the lay faithful and ministers of the Roman Catholic Church.

The Institute is part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham. It has close relationships with the Ogilvie Institute, and offers courses accredited by the Open University. The emphasis of the Institute being on Parish Catechesis, the Maryvale Institute has close relationships with the diocesan seminary, St Mary's College, Oscott, as they are geographically close. As the validator of BA(Divinity) and MA(Catholic Theology) programmes, the institute is linked to St. Patrick's College, Maynooth(Pontifical University).[1]
